I have developed what I believe to be an appropriate marketing strategy for the specific asset.  It is both comprehensive and varied enough to target many Office Tenants and Buyers.  Our goal is to reach as many qualified prospects in the shortest period possible and bring about a transaction that makes sense for you the owner.
